Collaboration Reference is an interactive tool that helps parties that are new to tech transfer, such as small businesses.  This tool, previously called TurboNegotiator, streamlines consensus building in industry / university negotiations by addressing common issues such as IP protection, confidentiality, ownership, sponsored project agreements, patenting and licensing, commercial terms, government rights and export control.
